This policy describes information processed for the INNOPOD store operated by Wenzhou Yuhuan Lianshang Technology Co., Ltd..

Information we use

We process the contact and delivery information you provide, your product selections, order and payment references, support messages, and uploaded photos. Custom lens orders may include prescription values, measurements and prescription images, which can be sensitive information.

We also record website events, referral/marketing parameters, browser visitor and session identifiers, IP addresses, approximate country/state or region, device category, and information needed for security and verification. An IP location describes an estimated network location, not your exact physical address. We do not use device fingerprinting to identify visitors. Please avoid sending unrelated medical or identity documents.

Purpose and sharing

We use information to process and deliver orders, verify access, review prescriptions, provide support and after-sales service, issue refunds, prevent abuse and understand website usage. Information necessary for these purposes may be provided to payment processors, lens-production partners, delivery carriers, authorized U.S. return receivers, email providers and hosting providers.

Payment details are handled by the payment provider; this store retains payment references and status rather than your full card number or security code. Information may be processed in China, the United States and locations used by our service providers.

Cookies and browser storage

Cookies support administrator login, a remembered order device, and an anonymous website visitor identifier (up to one year). Browser storage may remember order references, support-thread links, website visitor/session identifiers and verification countdowns. Email verification unlocks private order details. You can use “Forget this order on this device” or clear browser storage; doing so does not delete the underlying order records.

Website analytics

First-party visitor cookies help us distinguish anonymous browsers. A visit continues until 30 minutes without activity. Website usage is analyzed to improve product selection, checkout and service. Individual visitor and IP records are restricted to authorized administrators. Approximate regions are looked up using a database on our server rather than sending each visitor IP to an external geolocation API.

Online IP-to-visit details are removed after 30 days without activity for that connection. Anonymous event records and approximate region summaries may be retained for reporting. Encrypted backup copies rotate separately under our backup retention schedule; deleting an online record does not immediately remove it from an existing backup.

Retention, security and requests

We retain information as needed for orders, support, warranty, accounting and applicable legal obligations. Clearing browser storage does not automatically erase prescription images or server records. We restrict private order and support access using verified access and secure links; do not share those links publicly.
