Seller and orders
These terms apply to purchases from the INNOPOD website operated by Wenzhou Yuhuan Lianshang Technology Co., Ltd.. Product selection, price, shipping charges and any tax collected are presented before payment. Order references should be kept for support.
Payment and merchant confirmation
Successful payment places the order in “Waiting for confirmation.” Merchant review then starts preparation. Paid customers can cancel before preparation through verified order access. After preparation starts, changes, cancellation and returns require an after-sales request.
The normal fulfillment stages are Waiting for confirmation, Preparing your order, In delivery and Completed. Payment, refund, cancellation, shipping exceptions and after-sales progress are shown separately. “Completed” does not remove eligible return or warranty rights.
Customer information and lens orders
Provide a correct, deliverable address and usable contact information. Prescription information must be accurate and complete. We contact you if clarification or a changed schedule is needed. You must not use payment or personal information without permission.
Shipping and after-sales
The Shipping policy and Returns and warranty policy form part of these terms. U.S. return addresses are supplied after review. Customer-responsibility prepaid return postage is US$9.99 per used standard return package; seller-responsibility necessary return postage is covered.
Late-delivery credits are customer-requested, US$1 per calendar day late and capped at US$10 per order, subject to the remaining original-payment refundable balance.
Corrections and consumer rights
If there is a material error in product availability, pricing or order information, we contact you to agree a resolution rather than silently changing a paid order. Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain in effect. These terms do not exclude obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
